Stop Thinking, Enter Meditation
When you feel anxious, restless, or find that your body and mind are not cooperating, what should you do? In daily life, faced with various pressures and temptations, you might often find yourself doing things you know you shouldn’t, or getting stuck on past events. In such cases, you need to stop thinking and enter meditation. If you practice consistently, you will naturally say goodbye to anxiety and find your own source of strength, your “fountain.”
12 daily meditation tips:
1.Establish a Regular Practice
Recognize the importance of daily meditation for yourself and fully embrace it in both your mind and actions. It has a healing effect on your body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Build a consistent, lasting practice, and with repetition, meditation will become stronger. You can be flexible with the time but should meditate for at least 15 minutes each day. Think about it this way: we easily waste 15 minutes daily—how can you save or create this time?
2.Start Every Morning with Meditation
Begin each day in a state of calm and stillness, which will benefit the entire day. You will find that meditating for 5-10 minutes in the morning helps you reach a thought-free state or feel the flow of energy (vibration) more easily. Your chakras will also be well-cleansed.
3.Stay Open During Meditation
Keep your palms open, allowing yourself to connect with and release energy.
4.Forgive from the Heart
If thoughts interrupt your attention, say inwardly, “I forgive, I forgive.” When you do this, it helps Kundalini take the thoughts away. Remember: forgiveness is the gateway to a thought-free state.
5.Use Candles and Meditation Music
Initially, you can use some aids, such as candles and meditation music, to help focus your attention.
6.Meditation Is About Letting Go
Meditation is not about concentrating (focusing), visualizing, or trying to stop your thoughts. It is about letting go and surrendering to your inner stillness.
7.Soak Your Feet Before Meditating Each Night
Regularly soaking your feet before meditating at night can significantly improve your sleep quality. It is a simple yet very effective way to enhance your meditation. Many people are pleasantly surprised to find that they sleep better and feel more refreshed after waking up.
8.Talk to “Kundalini” and Enter Meditation Mode
Meditation can become part of your life, allowing you to enter a meditative state anytime you wish. Whether you are working at a computer or driving, connect with your inner “Kundalini,” enter meditation mode, and allow it to guide you to a thought-free state of awakening. Kundalini is the energy triggered by our pure inner desire. When we seek growth, balance, or spiritual ascent, in the meditative state, ask your Kundalini to rise and connect to the divine.
9.Hand Over Your Problems to Kundalini
If there are thoughts or blockages during meditation, you should entrust them to Kundalini, allowing it to resolve all the issues. You can say, “Kundalini, I entrust everything to you. I hand over all my problems to you.”
10.Learn to Use the Crown Chakra as a Sixth Sense
Throughout the day, try to stay aware of your crown chakra, frequently checking for cool sensations on top of your head, and observe whether your attention is established in the spirit, above the crown chakra. Learn to protect the crown chakra and not react to what you see or hear. Use the state of “coolness” or “warmth” as your sixth sense to determine whether you are reacting.
11.Stop Thinking
Thoughts are like the takeoff and landing of airplanes. Place your pure attention on the cool breeze at the top of your head, observing yourself in a state of complete stillness. Let time stand still in the present moment, extending the intervals between thoughts until you reach a thought-free awakening.
12.Group Meditation
You will grow faster when meditating in a group. It’s like lighting many candles together, which makes the light much brighter. Group meditation, gatherings, and international meditation will increase the flow of life energy. With more energy flowing, you can absorb more divine energy. Kundalini will work more effectively when accompanied by other practitioners.
