How to Connect with Wealth: Wealth Meditation

Let us enter a peaceful mental space, feeling the joy, expansiveness, and abundance of life. Money is a simple and direct form of energy, and the world of money has its own unique set of rules. However, each of us seems to hold various negative and limiting beliefs about it.

Through this meditation, let us purify our hearts, optimize our relationship with money, and establish positive and constructive beliefs. And then, money flows abundantly into our lives, allowing our lives to reflect the richness of nature’s blessings.

Part 1: Guided Meditation

Please find a quiet and relaxing space. Close your eyes and gently feel your breath, then listen to the beating of your heart. Let yourself experience, more clearly than ever before, that your breath is the most wonderful connection with your life.

Take a deep breath, inhale deeply, and exhale slowly. Allow yourself to relax, open up, and accept. Let your body relax from head to toe, observe how your breath gently reaches every corner of your body, and let your thoughts gradually quiet down.

Imagine that your body is a pure and immaculate vessel that all good energy flows into this vessel.

Part 2: Experience and Feelings About Money

Now, invite yourself to engage in a special experience. There is no right or wrong here; you just need to observe what you feel and think about money and wealth.

Whatever arises, allow it to be. Now, take a deep breath in and exhale slowly, letting your mind and body relax completely.

I invite you to focus on your relationship with wealth. As you hear terms like wealth, money, earning, saving, and spending, focus on the thoughts and emotions that come up. Reflect on what money means to you—what events related to money have given you the strongest feelings?

Observe any emotions that surface and simply watch them quietly.

Perhaps money has brought you happiness and joy, but also fear, disappointment, exhaustion, helplessness, anger, or sadness.

Now, I invite you to focus on those negative aspects. Feel the voices, images, and emotions that emerge in your heart.

Perhaps your feelings about money include: extreme fear, intense anxiety, a deep sense of lack, desperate longing, feeling powerless, working hard to make money, deep fatigue, finding it hard to earn money, fearing poverty, wondering why money always seems insufficient, working desperately for money, feeling that no matter how hard you try, you can’t make enough, struggling to save, wondering why others have so much, thinking wealthy people turn bad easily, believing money can’t buy entrance to heaven, or feeling like you shouldn’t pursue wealth.

Part 3: What Causes These Feelings?

Now that you’ve fully felt your emotions about money, I invite you to take on the perspective of a third party and observe these feelings. What kind of experiences created these emotions? Whatever thoughts arise, simply notice them; thoughts are just thoughts—there is no right or wrong. It’s important to remember that these thoughts once served you in the past, so you can still thank them. Of course, some old beliefs, like outgrown clothes, may no longer fit you today.

So, let’s not let these old thoughts confine you now. How can we tell if a thought is useful? If it doesn’t make you feel abundant, then we should carefully replace these negative beliefs. We can create a mental “storage box” for old beliefs, carefully place them inside, and say, “Thank you!” as we watch them leave. It’s important not to criticize or blame these thoughts, but to simply let them go.

Part 4: Imagine How It Feels to Be Wealthy

Now, I invite you to open your imagination. Imagine that you are now very wealthy, and you have as much money as you desire.

I invite you to experience: who will you become when you have money? What does your home look like? What is the style of your house? How is your office arranged? What kind of car are you driving? What is the color of the interior? Can you feel the steering wheel? What is your ideal life like? Where do you travel? What hobbies are you developing? What kind of relationship do you have with your partner? How will the people you know view you? What will your parents think of you? How will your children see you?

If one day you truly achieve your dreams, how will you feel? How will you express your joy?

Pay attention to the feelings that arise in your heart and fully experience them.

Part 5: Where Are You Now? Do You Deserve It?

Once you have fully experienced these feelings, I have a question for you. There is no right or wrong answer to this question, and you don’t need to share it with anyone. The question is:

  1. Where are you now? Let your inner self answer honestly.
  2. Do you deserve to live this kind of life? In a world with so many people,
  3. Why should it be you living this life and not someone else?
  4. What have you contributed to the world?
  5. Has the world become a better place because of your presence?

Feel your current emotions. Whatever you are feeling, simply experience it without judgment.

Then listen to the voice behind the feeling and ask yourself, if I have money in the future: 6. What must I do to feel worthy of it? What would allow me to confidently say that I deserve this life?

Part 6: Desires and Worthiness

At the same time, let us allow our desires to rise from within.

“I am willing to become a powerful and abundant vessel for nature. I pray for the heavens to use me. Money is a form of energy and a gift, and I respect this gift. I treat every bit of wealth that flows into my life seriously. I manage it carefully and use it wisely. Money flows through me as a great tool, and I make it more valuable. Through me, the world becomes a better place.”

Quiet down and take a deep breath. Let your imagination soar: What unique strengths do I have? What is my true desire? What contribution can I bring to the world?

Let yourself repeat often, “I deserve to live this life. Wealth flows abundantly into my life. I am God’s most capable steward of wealth, and through this wealth, I make the world a better place.”

Take a deep breath and let this wonderful feeling sink into every cell of your body. Let your body know that you are now someone with endless wealth—wealth beyond even Warren Buffett’s—because it is infinite.

Conclusion

In my expansive and beautiful life, I am completely aligned with a great power, and God loves and supports me fully. Everything is perfect, whole, and complete. I have infinite wealth, abilities, and wisdom. There is no lack in my life, nor will there ever be. My life is flawless and without limits.
